Purchased this and followed the instructions, I bought Dickensons witch hazel with rose water, and I noticed a big difference in 3 days use. The dark splotches on my face started to lighten, my face is more even toned. I also have ingrown chin hair, and some have disappeared completely and the little hairs I have left are thinning out almost as if they’re going to disappear too and I don’t have to pluck them.
