Once we receive your order we typically process it in 4-7 business days (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING DAYS), however during the holidays or restock sales processing times may take from 7-14 business days due to the influx of orders. Berri-Clear is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However if you purchased shipping insurance through ROUTE at checkout we will gladly file a claim to process your replacement or refund.
Apply Berri-Clear to freshly cleansed skin, to dark spots once per day or at night(preferred).
We recommend our customers stick with the products for at least 2 months. As with any skin care product, the severity of your hyperpigmentation determines the outcome, however some report results in as little as 2 weeks. During this time some may tend to have a slight adjustment period called a purge, where the impurities decide to run for the hills and escape from the dermis. If this happens, be patient, as glowy skin is on the other side. Remember that caring for your skin is a marathon, not a sprint. And what you put in your body is as important as what you put ON it. We’re in this with you for the long haul babe!

We suggest using the serum on cleansed skin, on your areas of concern (aka dark spots) only.
Our products are third party tested and preserved with natural preservatives good for up to 12 months.
Because we use very powerful plant-based ingredients, a little goes a long way! Our serum typically lasts up to 1-2 months!
We recommend keeping the serum away from direct sunlight, heat or bright lighting sources to ensure ingredient potency. You can also keep the product in it’s box (that we designed especially for you).
If you’re currently dealing with visible dark marks/hyperpigmentation, we recommend you use it every other day on your dark spots only, for the first 7-10 days to gauge sensitivity. After which you use it nightly on your dark spots after cleansing.
Yes, because hyperpigmentation does not discriminate between oily, combination and dry skin. Use every other night on areas of concern for about 7-10 days. After which you can increase usage to every night.

Don’t fret! Sometimes the order will show up as pending on your bank statement and will drop off by the next business day. Declined transactions may also show up the same way.
Because our products are custom formulated and we have very strict guidelines in terms of maintaining a sanitary environment at our facilities, we do not issue refunds nor accept returns. However, if your order was received damaged or lost we will file an insurance claim through Ship Surance to process your replacement.
